Tor
- I use Tor because I believe my activites should be encrypted by default. Yes, I am aware the federal agencies with their supercomputers can find out, but I'm going to make them work for it. It's about the principle. "You're not important enough for them to track", I agree, tell them that!
Tor doesn't have an in-built adblocker, but I'm so based, rather than relying on an adblocker I just simply don't go on sites that have ads, such as Invidious front-end for YouTube. Yeah, who's the real rebel now? ✨ It's me. ✨
LibreWolf In some instances when Tor doesn't work (such as banking) I will use LibreWolf. Like Tor, LibreWolf deletes cookies and history after sessions. This is good. Cookies help you mindlessly browse the web because the mental effort of logging in is no longer there to make you stop and reconsider what you're doing. History is broken, especially since dynamic websites are now common, so I will "bookmark" it (put the link in a txt file).
Ladybird
A browser with its own engine. It is not a fork of any hijacked open source browsers such as Chromium or Firefox. It is currently in pre-alpha stage, and as such to install it you will need to compile it yourself. Many features are lacking, but I use it and report any feedbacks to the developers. I prefer to browse sites I'm familar with using Ladybird, so that I can identify what features are missing. I am keenly interested in replacing LibreWolf with Ladybird once the latter reaches completion.

VP11 is the only properitary software I use with internet access disabled. There are various reasons as to why I strongly prefer VP11 over open-source video editors.
